Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor who wants a stable, full-time telehealth role focused entirely on client care. In this position, your day is spent delivering structured therapy sessions, helping clients work through emotional challenges, and maintaining continuity of care. This role is designed for clinicians who value clear expectations, consistent scheduling, and meaningful clinical impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Complete intake assessments and establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Evaluate client progress and adjust care plans
• Adhere to Michigan licensing and professional standards

Requirements

• Active Michigan LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
• Strong organization and documentation skills
