Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This role supports adults and families through structured therapy delivered remotely across Wisconsin. You will guide clients through treatment plans, provide ongoing clinical support, and help them manage mental health concerns that affect daily life. Your work directly improves stability, insight, and long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with internal clinical leadership when needed
• Uphold Wisconsin licensure and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Comfortable delivering care in a remote environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
