Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Position Overview

This opportunity is built for Licensed Professional Counselors who want consistency without sacrificing clinical depth. You will support adult clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, addressing emotional and behavioral concerns with clear treatment goals. Administrative systems are in place, so your attention stays on therapy, not logistics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled one-on-one counseling sessions
• Conduct mental health evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Create goal-driven treatment plans
• Maintain clear and timely clinical records
• Use evidence-based counseling methods
• Comply with Oklahoma counseling regulations

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
• Prior experience in outpatient mental health care
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• Reliable technology and private workspace
