Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New Jersey

Role Summary

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will deliver structured therapy sessions while supporting clinical consistency across a remote care team. This position blends direct client care with guidance that helps maintain strong therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with assigned clients
• Provide clinical guidance to counselors working toward licensure
• Review progress notes and treatment goals
• Maintain adherence to New Jersey counseling standards
• Collaborate with leadership on care delivery improvements

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
• Comfortable using telehealth technology
• Knowledge of ethical and legal counseling practices
