About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Eloy, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.

The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling services.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic patient care and progress.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.

  • Offer crisis intervention and emergency mental health support when needed.

  • Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of Arizona.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a comparable role.

  • Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Valid driver's license required.
