Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care and assist in the admission, discharge, and welcoming process for residents. Transcribe physician orders accurately and monitor self‑administration of medications and treatments. Assess detoxification levels using CIWA and COWS, monitoring for over‑sedation or medical emergencies. Respond to emergencies and take action according to company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors, healthcare practitioners, and other staff regarding resident care. Ensure resident compliance with facility rules and guidelines. Qualifications: Valid LVN License in the state of California. Newly graduated LVNs with some clinical nursing practice experience are welcome to apply.
