Shift: PM (3 p‑11 p) and NOC (11 p‑7 a) Schedule: Full Time (4 on 2 off) Pay: $37.50+ per hour Responsibilities Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Distributes medication timely and accordingly to the patient. Other LVN duties as assigned.
