Location: Chico, CA 95973
Compensation: $29 – $42/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Flexible shifts available


Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Chico, CA. This role involves providing essential medical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

As an LVN, you will play a key role in coordinating healthcare services, administering medications, and ensuring the well-being of the individuals under your care. This position requires travel between program sites, so the ability to drive is essential.


Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments

  • Monitor patient health and report changes to physicians or supervisors

  • Assist with daily medical needs, wound care, and documentation

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records

  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families

  • Drive to various program locations as needed


Requirements:
  • Active California LVN license

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
