Overview Job Summary Avir at Cisco is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family at our location in Cisco, Texas. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit, including delegating tasks and providing guidance to CNAs and other support staff Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment Qualifications Valid Texas Nurse License Valid CPR Certification I.V. Certification preferred Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Additional Information New grads are always welcome!
