Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides patient care within the scope of the Vocational Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulatory standards. The LVN supports patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care while maintaining a safe, respectful, and HIPAA-compliant clinical environment.

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

• Assist in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care

• Participate in maintaining a safe, HIPAA-compliant patient care environment

• 1–2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic or healthcare-related setting

• Completion of an approved Vocational Nursing program

• Strong customer service and professional phone etiquette

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Current California LVN license, in good standing

• Current BLS (AHA) certification

• This position is a 3-month assignment supporting a Leave of Absence (LOA)

• Extension may be available based on department needs
