Requirements

• 1+ year of Home Health experience Required
• Travel experience Required
• Active and clear Driver's License and Car Insurance Required
• Hawaii State Nursing License Required
• Proficiency with Homecare Home Base and OASIS Required
• COVID and FLU vaccinations Required (No declinations accepted)
• Arrhythmia Certification Preferred

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

State License Requirements

• Hawaii
