Title: LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN / LPN

Job Type: 6 Months to Perm
Pay : As Expected*.

DESCRIPTION:
- The Licensed Vocational Nurse performs advanced vocational nursing work.
- Provides for the care, treatment, and general welfare of individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide care for patients. Manage medication administration and treatments.
- Provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Perform computer data entry Receive full training.
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess valid LVN license.
- Must have CPR / BLS.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience.
- Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
- Must submit to HHSC required drug test & fingerprinting.
- Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
