Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting with medical needs and promoting patient comfort and well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety.

Duties

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and accurately document all procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in high-volume or patient-centered care environments is preferred.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Michigan).
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.
