Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Redding, CA 96003
Schedule: Rotating – 4 days on, 2 days off
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $29–$42/hour
Requirement: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions

• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and overall comfort

• Drive to various client or facility locations as needed

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans

Requirements:

• Active LVN license in the state of California

• CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care or similar settings

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to work a rotating 4-on/2-off schedule
