Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in driver education preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Experience in driver education instruction or coaching preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with youth and adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Availability to work part-time hours as scheduled.
- Commitment to promoting safe driving practices and responsible behavior.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Knowledge of Texas driving laws and regulations preferred.
