Lifecycle Marketing Manager

is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our global e-commerce team.
This professional will be passionate about developing and implementing marketing programs to drive engagement and product adoption across the multiple phases of the user journey; inclusive of onboarding, nurturing, retention, and recapture.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, see opportunities, and implement data-driven marketing strategies to decrease customer churn.

Your Next Challenge:

  • You will be part of a team of fast-paced, data-driven e-commerce marketing professionals.
    As a member of the team, you will have the chance to support initiatives focused on multiple phases of the customer journey.
    Your role will contribute to driving product adoption, engagement, and consequently growing e-commerce revenue:
  • Customer Lifecycle Strategy Development:
  • Build, implement, and optimize customer lifecycle programs to drive product usage, increase repurchase rates, and reduce churn.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of customer data to identify retention friction points and user behavior.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Develop targeted campaigns using a variety of channels, including email, social media, and on-site messaging.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling and personalized content for lifecycle initiatives.
  • Customer Segmentation:
  • Segment the customer base based on behavior, lifecycle stage, preferences, and other relevant factors.
  • Tailor lifecycle marketing strategies for different customer segments to enhance efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on key engagement and retention metrics and trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, customer support, and sales teams to align marketing lifecycle efforts with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding the key priorities to address, aligned with the business goals.

What You'll Need:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, as well as 4+ years shown experience as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • You have experience leading and supervising an individual contributor.
  • You have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, experience implementing effective strategies at each stage, with focus on e-commerce businesses and free trial programs.
  • You can independently complete a project, from ideation to delivery, and can pro-actively interact with other partners at Getty Images to access resources or data.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach, as well as the ability to analyze customer data using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar analytics platforms to derive insights and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Nice to Have:

  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Proficiency in using marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot to craft and implement automated lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce to handle customer data, segmentation, and personalized communication.
  • A/B Testing Tools: Experience with A/B testing tools to conduct experiments and optimize campaign elements for better performance.
  • Content Personalization Platforms: Familiarity with tools that enable content personalization, ensuring tailored and relevant messaging for different customer segments.
  • Collaboration Tools: Proficient in collaborative tools such as Slack and ClickUp to streamline communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $92,000 to USD $122600 per annum.
Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range.
Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position.
The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future.
