JOB TITLE: Light Industrial Assembler

LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL

PAY RATE: Up to $24.00 per hour

Summary:

• Performs a variety of production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical subassemblies, such as boards, panels, and cables. Responsibilities include:

• Assembling and checking continuity of components following diagrams and drawings.

• Performing quality inspections and reworking assemblies as needed.

• Using a microscope to inspect and manually align parts, correcting soldering issues like poor joints, voids, misalignments, and shorts.

• This role requires focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with possible overtime.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in SMT soldering and fine-pitch soldering.

• Proficiency in reading assembly drawings and identifying standard SMT components.

• Skilled in IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD standards.

• Ability to work under a microscope and handle detailed tasks for extended periods.

• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and teamwork orientation.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with circuit cards, blueprint reading, and quality standards.
