Job Title - Production Operator

Job Type - 4 Months Contractual

Job Location - Weatherford TX ,76086

Schedule - Regular Schedule will be Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm (Training period schedule will be Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM then around the 2nd week of February shift will move to Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM)

Job Summary

Must have 6 months plus forklift experience; does not need to be certified. Please refer to attached job description.

This position is in company's food ingredients and bio-industrial business, where we anticipate trends around taste, nutrition, and safety to innovate and provide solutions to manufacturers, retailers and foodservice companies. Process monitoring and control.

Product sampling analysis. Troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance of process equipment and instrumentation.

Procedures, policies and practices adherence and development. Permit completion and coordination.

Assist in assuring efficiency of operation of equipment, quality of product, and safety of all personnel.

Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Other duties as assigned. May also be known as Control Room Operator.

Safety boots that cover the ankle

Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e., batching mixers, packaging line, micro hand add weighing, receives ingredients by truck and rail. Manufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP requirements. Be knowledgeable and follow FDA rules.

Run REPETE batching equipment, packaging and storage of finished product. Be knowledgeable and follow FDA rules.

Required training for Food Safety and Safety, maintain daily housekeeping

Driving will be required to complete certain tasks. Safe operation of a forklift is required.

Required Qualifications

High School Education or Equivalent

Forklift Experience

Basic Computer Skills

Preferred Qualifications

At least six months feed production experience preferred.

Background in mechanics and maintenance helpful
