Th ey are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills who is interested in leading and mentoring lighting designers, developing close relationships with our clients, and who desires to grow professionally with a company that truly values its employees. Responsibilities Provide innovative, sustainable and energy efficient lighting designs for a wide range of projects including: Healthcare Educational Commercial Multi-Family Industrial Lead projects from the conceptual design phase through construction and commissioning. Manage project scope, schedules and budgets. Work collaboratively with internal team members and our clients. Mentor junior designers and provide design and layout on projects. Qualifications Strong leadership, project management and communication skills. Ability to work independently. Commitment to providing the highest quality work. Exceptional client management skills. Passion for sustainable design. Strong knowledge of the latest lighting and controls technologies. LEED accreditation is preferred. LC certification is preferred.
