What You'll Be Doing:

As our Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and executing scratch-made dinner dishes from start to finish, including proteins and sides. During service, you'll run the line, plate meals to order, and keep quality and consistency front and center. Cleanliness matters here-you'll maintain your station to Virginia Department of Health standards and help close and clean the kitchen at the end of each shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• 2+ years of basic cooking or prep experience in a restaurant or professional kitchen

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Customer service experience
• Butchery of meat & seafood
• Cooking for dietary-restricted guests
• Senior living or high-volume kitchen experience
