* Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
* Strong knife skills and culinary techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a hot environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
