Summary

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes, maintaining high food quality, and working in coordination with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.

  • Ensure food is prepared quickly, efficiently, and with attention to quality and presentation.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.

  • Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards.

  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.

  • Work collaboratively with other cooks and kitchen staff to meet service demands.

  • Follow instructions from the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

Qualifications
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred.

  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

  • Food handler certification (as required by law).

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment.
