- ***RFI Response*** Morgan's Pier is a seasonal, fast casual restaurant serving appetizers, sandwiches, and pizzas, including burgers, fries, chicken, pizza, salads, wraps and sandwiches. Applicants will cook these foods in accordance with recipes provided and ensure the safety of the food for serving to patrons by following methods that require short preparation time. Employees may use and are proficient with knives for chopping, fryer, grills and/or stove tops, in addition to being proficient at using the equipment such as deep fryers, flattops, pizza ovens, garn/salad and grill stations to prepare the above mentioned foods. ***Original F.a.2*** MORGAN'S PIER OFFERS APPETIZERS, PIZZA AND SANDWICHES, AS WELL AS DRINKS. APPLICANTS WILL USE EQUIPMENT SUCH AS DEEP FRYERS, FLATTOPS, GARN/SALAD, AND GRILL STATIONS. APPLICANTS MUST ALSO BE PROFICIENT WITH KNIVES TO CUT FOOD PRODUCTS. APPLICANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP, MAINTAINING, AND TEARING DOWN FOOD STATION DURING A WORK DAY. WILL ALSO BE CHECKING ACCURACY AND FRESHNESS OF FOOD PRODUCT, AS WELL AS STORING FOOD PRODUCTS AT THE END OF THE DAY FOR THE NEXT SHIFT. APPLICANTS WILL COOK FOOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH RECIPES PROVIDED AND ENSURE THE QUALITY OF FOOD. APPLICANTS ADHER TO ALL SANITARY STANDARDS AT ALL TIMES.
