Line Cook|Prep Cook Apply
The Lockview's Sister company United States Potato Service (USPS) is accepting applications for prep Cook and open kitchen Line Cooks.
Must have 1 year restaurant experience, excellent communication skills as this is QSR similar to a Chipotle line. Clean work habits, transportation, work well with others is a must have. Our menu will change periodically with a focus on everything Potato, Vegetarian topping to properly cooked proteins.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes according to recipes
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Knowledge of knife skills and various cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
