Duties:
- Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, cutting vegetables, and following recipes to ensure timely meal service.
- Cooking: Execute cooking tasks such as boiling or baking with precision and attention to detail.
- Kitchen Assistance: Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to insure best quality and service.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to deliver dishes that meet our high standards.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a culinary role.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including knife skills and food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with culinary terminology and practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist and collaborate with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
