Job Title: Line LeaderJob Description

As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient setup and operation of packaging lines. You will ensure product change-overs are performed according to SOP requirements and optimize time and resource allocation to meet manufacturing specifications. Your role involves maintaining operational continuity by understanding the flow of materials and supporting packaging equipment through repairs and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup for efficient operation of packaging lines.
• Ensure product change-over is done according to SOP requirements.
• Optimize time and resource allocation techniques within manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain operational continuity by understanding the flow of materials to and from the production area.
• Conduct repairs, preventative maintenance, and provide daily support for packaging equipment in aerosol product manufacturing.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Understand cGMP compliance and its impact on production requirements.
• Know all applicable regulations and safety issues governing aerosol filling operations.
• Work with Quality Control and Maintenance to achieve optimum results.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and regulatory authorities related to Fire Code, OSHA, DEP, and DOT.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, production line, general production, assembly line, and packaging line operations.
• Familiarity with cGMP compliance as it impacts production.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and safety issues in aerosol filling operations.
• Experience working with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing packaging line operations.
• Understanding of time and resource allocation techniques in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The work environment involves operating in a manufacturing setting, where adherence to safety regulations is paramount. You will work closely with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations. The facility follows strict compliance with Fire Code, OSHA, DEP, and DOT regulations.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
