Join Our Home as a Lineperson on the Second Shift, where you will be an integral part of our production team. As a Lineperson, you will be responsible for monitoring the production line, ensuring smooth operation, and maintaining product quality. Your role will involve assisting with line set-ups, operating equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards throughout the production process. This position typically works Monday - Friday from 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

Responsibilities

    • Bring boxes and pallets prior to production and as needed throughout the day from warehouse to packing room.
    • Assemble cases confirming correct box used.
    • Run boxes through taping machine.
    • Monitor code and quality of print on boxes assuring correct information is showing.
    • Place boxes on pallet assuring proper count is on each pallet.
    • Record time of each pallet and remove from packing room to the warehouse.
    • Help maintain clean working area.
    • Assist with relieving with break schedules.
    • Remove trash and place it in proper container, weigh the bucket and dump it. 
    • Assist in blow down and cleaning during change over.
    • Help lift heavy rolls of film if needed.
    • Assist in cleanup and sanitization at end of week cleanup.
    • Perform any other duties as directed by Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math skills are required for measuring and weighing ingredients
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
