DESCRIPTION OF WORK

A Liquor Store Clerk 1 (Traveling Sales Associate) is responsible for a variety of retail duties. You will engage in customer service, operate a computerized cash register to complete sales, unload shipments, stock shelves, assemble displays, and clean the store. Care must be exercised to avoid selling merchandise to persons who are prohibited by law from purchasing alcoholic beverages. This position also includes receiving wholesale customer orders, assembling and packing cases per customer order, and loading customer orders into vehicles. Grow and develop your skills with us!

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Full-time employment, 75 hours biweekly
  • Work hours vary between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Sunday - Saturday
  • This is an Itinerant Liquor Store Clerk 1 position; travel will be required as needed.
  • Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable.
