Associate Attorney – Boston, MA Seeking lawyers admitted to practice approximately 1 to 3 years that are currently employed in a litigation department. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in assisting partners and senior associates in major civil litigation for institutional clients from initial pleadings, through all phases of discovery, and at trial. Experience with product liability, toxic tort, and a catastrophic injury case is preferred. Candidate with MA and RI or CT bar license preferred. Associate Attorney – 2 to 4 Years Seeking a lawyer admitted to practice 2 to 4 years that is currently employed in a law firm, as a clerk, or in-house counsel. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in assisting with depositions, hearings, legal research and writing. Experience defending companies in personal injury and property loss matters on a regional and/or national basis is preferred. Candidates with PA and NJ Bar licenses required. Paralegals Seeking litigation paralegals that are currently employed in a law firm, in a courthouse, or with an in-house counsel group. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated ability to tackle pending cases at any point within the litigation process and a familiarity with highly sensitive factual content. Experience working on a team defending companies in personal injury and property loss matters on a regional and/or national basis is preferred.
