Troutman Amin LLP is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to help build and support our growing Texas practice. This is an opportunity to work on complex litigation matters with national significance while enjoying direct client contact, meaningful courtroom experience, and substantial responsibility from day one. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic thinker, and skilled advocate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing firm. What You'll Do Manage litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout Texas and nationwide. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other substantive filings. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Handle discovery, including written discovery, document review, and motion practice. Work directly with clients to provide practical legal guidance and case updates. Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's litigation and compliance practices. Assist with business development and the continued expansion of the firm's Texas presence. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active membership in the Texas State Bar. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience drafting dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery-related filings. Federal court experience preferred. Deposition and hearing experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with a team. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Experience with privacy, consumer protection, telecommunications, advertising, or regulatory matters is a plus, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
