Job Overview A law firm seeks a qualified associate attorney to support its Michigan practice in Detroit, MI. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment. Duties Manage assigned matters using case management and reporting software. Conduct court appearances and manage related travel. Provide superior client care and proactive communication. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Requirements 5-8 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice. Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA. Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership of the Michigan Bar is required. Additional Bar licenses are a plus. Skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentoring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of analytical and problem‑solving skills. Commitment to providing superior client support.
