Litigation Associate Attorney for Growing Amlaw Firm

We're Recruiting for a Litigation Associate in Houston, TX (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office) with significant litigation experience in the areas of health law, premises defense, and employment litigation to join a growing Houston office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of litigation experience and will provide thoughtful and focused advocacy and have successfully defended clients at each stage of the litigation process.The below qualifications are required:Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and in good standingAdmission to Texas state bar and in good standingSignificant litigation experience (7+ years), including first chair experienceExperience in the areas of health law - premises defense and employment litigation a plusStrong legal writing skillsAbility to interface directly with clientsExceptional written and oral communication skillsStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skillsAbility to work collaboratively on a teamOutstanding judgmentBENEFITS:Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K, Paid Parental Leave, Group Life, DisabilityCOMPENSATION: $190,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience, plus the potential to earn significant quarterly bonuses based on productivity.
