To Apply for this Job Click Here Relocation to Wake County / Durham County, NC Well established and growing firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Raleigh office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex and high-quality matters within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. About the Role This is a hands-on position for an attorney who wants to take an active role in litigation. You will work closely with experienced attorneys while also managing key aspects of your own cases, gaining meaningful courtroom and client exposure. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a caseload of complex civil litigation matters Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy Qualifications 4-7+ years of litigation experience Experience with medical negligence, premises liability, product liability, or similar complex tort matters Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions (including expert witnesses) Experience arguing motions in court Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent academic credentials (top 25% of class required) Licensed in North Carolina or eligible for admission Willingness and ability to relocate to Wake County / Durham County, NC Compensation Competitive base salary DOE Discretionary bonuses Health, Dental, Vision 401(k)/retirement PTO and vacation/sick Ongoing mentorship Path to partnership coaching Relocation assistance for well qualified candidates JOB ID : 176544 #post Jo Chapman To Apply for this Job Click Here Apply Now Share This Job Share on Email Share on Linkedin Share on Facebook Share on X Share on Email
