Job Description Litigation Associate Attorney (Junior) *Confidential application process* Schedule: 3 Days In Office | 2 Days Remote Are you a litigation attorney looking to join a sophisticated and highly respected law firm that offers complex litigation work, hands-on experience, and a clear path for professional growth? Our client, an established California-based law firm, is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience to join its growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants substantive responsibility, direct involvement in high-stakes matters, and the opportunity to work alongside accomplished litigators on a broad range of disputes. The litigation team handles a diverse caseload involving complex commercial litigation, trust and estate disputes, corporate and partnership conflicts, contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and other sophisticated business litigation. What You'll Do Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents Draft and respond to written discovery requests Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex legal issues Manage case deadlines, litigation calendars, and procedural requirements Assist with case strategy, motion practice, and dispute resolution efforts Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated litigation matters Support all phases of litigation in state and federal courts Qualifications 2-3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery required Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case responsibilities effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to client service Superior academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school preferred Admission to the California State Bar, or ability to become admitted promptly Why This Opportunity?
