We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience in business and/or real estate litigation. We present an opportunity for attorneys to join an established firm punching above its weight and gain real courtroom experience, work on sophisticated matters, and learn from accomplished attorneys -- all while avoiding the over-the-top billable hour requirements and soulless grind of BigLaw or an insurance defense firm.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage appropriately sized cases from inception through trial
• Deposition experience
• Prior training at well-regarded law firm, trial intensive firm, or insurance defense firm with trial exposure
