This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to build upon a strong litigation foundation.


Location: Cleveland, Ohio (on-site)


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employment and complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft position statements for government agencies
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and other court filings
  • Manage written discovery and document production
  • Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Participate in mediations, agency hearings, arbitrations, and trials
  • Collaborate with clients and litigation teams to develop case strategy and deliver exceptional client service


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of employment litigation or complex litigation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence
  • Admission to the Ohio Bar required
