Our client, a growing law firm based in the South Miami area, is seeking a Litigation Associate to support its personal injury and medical malpractice practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience and work closely with experienced trial attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury and medical malpractice matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Approximately 1+ year of litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
