The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an entry level Associate Attorney. Prior insurance defense or personal injury experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense and personal injury is helpful but not required.
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Participate in meetings with clients and negotiate settlements.
• Assist in the preparation for trials.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Word and Microsoft Office.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
