Attorney-Litigation (Remote/Hybrid/In-Office)

GladstoneWeisberg ALC, is seeking a full-time attorney with at least three yrs of litigation experience with emphasis on First Party insurance coverage and bad faith defense.

We are looking for a well-organized, dependable, and highly motivated professional who can work independently as well as part of a team.

This position requires experience in all phases of civil litigation including drafting and analyzing pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions and assisting at trial.

Qualifications:

• Member in good standing of the California State Bar and United States District Court, Central District of California.
• Excellent legal research, legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results oriented, self-starter, with a high level of initiative.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat, in a paperless Mac environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage matters.
• Experience taking Examinations Under Oath
