Job Title: Estate Litigation Attorney

Our firm is a leading law firm in New York specializing in estate planning and litigation. We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients and are looking for a talented Estate Litigation Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning and litigation matters.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional manner.
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in estate litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with probate and trust administration is a plus.
