Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in personal injury, employment law, civil rights, or related litigation. Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines. Trial, hearing, deposition, or mediation experience is a plus. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Responsibilities Handle civil litigation matters from intake through resolution. Represent plaintiffs in personal injury, employment, civil rights, and related matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trials. Prepare witnesses and exhibits for trial. Maintain compassionate and responsive communication with clients. Negotiate with insurance companies, employers, and opposing counsel. Manage deadlines and independently handle active case files.
