You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by handling a diverse portfolio of cases in businesses and real estate law. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs, providing innovative legal strategies and expert guidance. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and mediations
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
-Develop creating and effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Attend depositions and gather evidence for cases
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout the litigation process
- Prepare for and participate in court hearings and trials
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect client cases
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
- Work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service throughout the legal process
- Ability to effectively negotiate on behalf of clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
