Our client is a growing law firm specializing in Real Estate Litigation. Committed to excellence, client satisfaction, and a collaborative team environment, they are expanding operations and seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the Aventura, FL office.


Job Description:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation, demonstrating expertise in handling various litigation tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating all Real Estate litigation cases.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents for litigation cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties involved in the litigation process.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting Real Estate litigation.


Requirements:

  • Experience with at least one trial.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Proven expertise in supporting the litigation process from start to finish.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex cases efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or French languages.
  • Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (e.g., case management software).
  • Specific Real Estate knowledge or experience would be great, but not necessary.
