Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burbank, CA. The Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support for all phases of litigation, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting in case management. This individual will be responsible for drafting pleadings, filing court documents, and managing calendaring deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with attorneys, clients, and external parties, organizing case materials, and ensuring timely and accurate document production to facilitate legal proceedings.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Strong skills in Legal Research and understanding of legal terminology
  • Experience drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate degree or certification in Paralegal Studies; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in personal injury law or litigation is required.
