Busy solo practitioner in Clark, NJ, focusing on Personal Injury Litigation, Workers Compensation, Municipal Court and Real Estate. This position for Personal Injury Litigation.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal based in Clark, NJ. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions. Additional tasks may include organizing case files, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and ensuring case deadlines are met.

Seeking a motivated, hard working individual who is able to manage a heavy caseload, all while maintaining their humanity and sense of humor.....because if you can't find a reason to laugh, you're doing something wrong!

In need of a knowledgeable, reliable and competent "right-hand" man/woman who is able to work independently and understands the importance of generating solid work with attention to detail . Candidate will work along side a junior paralegal who assists on the pre-litigation matters.

Salary is commensurate with experience.


Qualifications

  • Personal Injury Law: 3 years experience.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Strong skills in Legal Research and understanding legal procedures
  • Experience with drafting Pleadings and preparing Motions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Knowledge of New Jersey legal system and procedures is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred
  • Paralegal certification is highly desirable
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required
