Advise clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, assisting them in making financially beneficial decisions. Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and compliant with financial regulations and standards. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Collaborate with the financial team to streamline accounting functions and operations. Implement effective strategies for financial success, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and financial needs. Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred. Proven experience advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
