Job Description:

Our client, a plaintiffs' side law firm specializing in complex litigation (class actions, antitrust, and mass torts), is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys on long-term, high-volume cases and contribute to all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct factual research and review court rules and regulations
• Prepare and file pleadings
• Manage case documents and discovery materials
• Use document databases such as Relativity, Everlaw, or DISCO
• Prepare deposition exhibits and coordinate logistics
• Summarize depositions and medical records
• Assist with trial preparation and maintain client databases

Qualifications:

• Litigation paralegal experience.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
