Litigation Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury & Mass TortsNassau County, Long Island | Full-Time, Onsite | $70,000–$100,000 + Excellent BenefitsA well-established and highly regarded plaintiff personal injury and mass torts law firm based in Nassau County is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join their growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday), offering the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected attorneys in the space in a beautiful and collaborative office environment.About the Role:As a litigation paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys with both individual personal injury cases and large-scale mass tort matters. You’ll be entrusted with substantive responsibilities across case intake, legal drafting, and discovery support.Key Responsibilities:Conduct client intake and follow-up communicationsDraft and file legal documents including motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responsesObtain, review, and organize medical records and other evidentiary materialsCoordinate with medical providers and third parties for records and billingMaintain case files and ensure all deadlines are metProvide trial preparation support and general litigation assistance to attorneysQualifications:2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a plaintiff-side personal injury or mass torts settingStrong understanding of litigation processes and deadlinesProficient in legal drafting, e-filing, and discovery managementDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skillsAble to commute to the office in Nassau County 5 days per week (approx. 45-minute train ride from Manhattan)What’s Offered:Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: 98% employer-covered healthcare, 401(k) with contributions, generous PTOWork in a highly collaborative and team-driven environment where all attorneys and staff are in-office dailyJoin a prestigious and reputable firm that has been a major player in personal injury and mass torts for decades
