Job Description
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff-side practice. The firm focuses on complex personal injury matters, including medical malpractice and other sensitive, high-impact cases.

Work Schedule
- Hybrid schedule
- 3 days onsite during initial training
- 2 days onsite after training period
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and manage lawsuits and litigation documents in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Coordinate and manage case deadlines, calendars, and filings
- Schedule and prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
- Assist with trial preparation and trial support
- Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Proactively manage a high-volume caseload
Qualifications
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side required)
- Strong background in personal injury litigation (medical malpractice highly preferred)
- Experience preparing and filing lawsuits from start to finish
- Familiarity with state and federal e-filing systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
- Experience with case management systems (Filevine or similar preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting trial, mediation, or deposition preparation
- Exposure to multi-state litigation
