About the Role:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation-from case inception through trial and final disbursement. You will work closely with a skilled legal team, manage complex case files, and contribute directly to the preparation and execution of high-impact litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal arguments and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
- Draft, respond to, and manage discovery requests and responses
- Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records and medical bills
- Handle e-filing of pleadings and court documents in compliance with deadlines
- Prepare correspondence with clients, courts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation, including:
- Organizing exhibits
- Lining up witnesses
- Preparing jury instructions, voir dire questions, verdict sheets, and trial binders
- Prepare cases for settlement and final disbursement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
- Hands-on experience handling:
- Premises liability
- Automobile accidents
- Construction accidents
- Municipal liability cases
- Experience managing cases from inception through trial
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency with legal database software, tasking systems, and Microsoft Office
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Applicants without relevant personal injury litigation experience will not be considered

Compensation:
- Salary: $70,000 $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
